The World’s Most Expensive Penthouse in Monaco costs $400 Million Dollar

The “Tour Odeón” is the first skyscraper built in Monaco since the 1980s and measures a total height of 170m. The incredible penthouse at the 5 upper floors of the property covers an impressive area of ​​3530.3m² and is estimated to have a record price tag of $400 million dollars. With this price the luxury penthouse receives the title of the most expensive apartments in the world. The entire building is still under construction though.
