Jimmy Choo plans $1 Billion Dollar IPO
British luxury brand JIMMY CHOO owned by JAB Holding is probably facing an IPO in London.
According to Bloomberg, the company has hired Bank of America Corp. to manage the IPO and establish a valuation of $1 billion dollars. If this is true, the companywill join the ranks of brands like Moncler, Brunello Cucinelli and Salvatore Ferragamo.
JIMMY CHOO was already supplied three times with capital by private equity investors before being bought by JAB Holding in 2011. The British fashion company sells women’s and men’s shoes, handbags and accessories in around 100 stores worldwide.
