Mercedes-AMG will introduce a new high-performance Mercedes‑Benz E-Class in September this year. Its newest E 43 4MATIC’s 3.0-litre V6 biturbo will make it the most powerful variant of the executive saloon.
Featuring two new turbochargers, the supercharged six-cylinder engine delivers an output of 295 kW (401 hp), upgrading the the six-cylinder engine’s output by 25 kW. The new E 43 4MATIC does the sprint from 0-60 mph in 4.6 seconds, while while the top speed is electronically limited to 250 km/h. Thanks to new software applications, the AMG developers have managed to reduce the shift times.
Three large openings in the front apron ensure an optimum flow of air to the coolers, while two cross fins on the outer cooling openings enhance the visual appearance. High-gloss black painted 19-inch light-allow wheels dominate the side view.
