432 Park Avenue: The $95 Million New York City Apartment
432 Park Avenue will be the adress of a supertall residential project that is currently under construction. The construction in New York City has started in 2012 and is scheduled to completed in 2015, making it the second-tallest (426 meters high) building in the city and one of the highest buildings worldwide.
It was designed by the architects of Rafael Viñoly Architects and features a total of 104 apartments. The prices range from $17 million to $95 million for the top floor penthouse.
The interior of all units has been designed by Deborah Berke and features 12.5-foot ceilings, large floor to ceiling windows, solid oak flooring and Italian marble countertops.
The first inhabitants of the tallest residential building in Manhattan will be welcomed in 2015.
