Aaron Spelling’s $150 Million Dollar Mansion
A mansion that is considered to be the most expensive home was owned by american film and television producer Aaron Spelling. It is located in Los Angeles, California and was the home ofCandy Spelling – widow of the TV titan and mother of actress Tori Spelling. The mansion offers many amenities that ensure a luxurious life such as four garages, an orchard, a bowling alley, a tennis court, a swimming pool, a skating rink, a gym and three kitchens.
Candy has been trying to sell her famous 57,000 square-foot mansion, known as “The Manor”, for years and refused to budge on her asking price of $150 million, which seemed a little crazy when real estate prices were falling but her persistence has apparently paid off. The 22-year old U.K. heiress Petra Ecclestone has decided to buy “The Manor” with its famous gift-wrapping room and doll museum.
