Billionaire and Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen moves into his new $27 million estate in Atherton, California , a small town in the heart of Silicon Valley. Allen is #26 on the Forbes 400 and #53 on the Billionaires list, with a net worth of $15.8 billion dollars. He is known as an avid yacht and art collector and invested the next million dollars in a new home for him and his family. In addition, he already owns a home in Cap Ferrat in France, Hawaii, Malibu, Manhattan, Idaho, Beverly Hills and London. Now he returns to Silicon Valley to take care of the business of his investment company Vulcan Capital .
Allen’s brand new Northern California property was listed in late September for $31.8 million, but he ended up closing the deal for $27 million. The newly constructed object has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a spa, a theatre and 7 fireplaces. The total living area covers 2044m². The main house also includes a guest house with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitche, a garage for 5 cars and a suite for the house manager.
